But do be patient as this complementary service has gone a bit mad of late! As I do read and respond to each Beauty Prescription personally it now seems to be taking me forever and a day to reply. The current waiting time for a response is around 3 weeks. Now I know this sounds truly horrid but due to the popularity of this online consultation I do have to lock myself away in my writing shed and work through a mountain of skincare woes (and let's face, it a personal e-mail is far nicer then some horrid automated response!).
