Beauty Boutique

Ok, just a little bit of information to take you through the order and payment process on my website. As all payments are processed via the Paypal website it's absolutely vital that you allow Pop-Ups and Cookies on my website.

1. Just place your order in the Beauty Boutique. Click on confirm and a little note will appear on screen to acknowledge your order.

2. Another window will open, this time it's the Paypal site. Just follow the instructions to complete your payment. But don't worry, if your security settings do not allow the Paypal site to appear, there is no need to panic (your order hasn't been lost, so please don't reorder!), I'll simply e-mail you a Paypal invoice for your order and you can complete the payment that way!

3. Then comes the fun bit, I get to blend your order and send it out to you! Please note that I cannot send out orders until full payment has been processed.

Delivery

All items are blended and despatched by first class post within 48 hours of payment (remember every item in the range is handmade!). 

Delivery Charge

A standard charge of £3.95 for postage & packing, this applies to both UK and orders throughout the EU.

Payment Security

As all payments are processed via Paypal, your credit/debit card details are incredibly secure. I do not have access to your personal credit/debit card details and will never request them, there is no need to as Paypal deal with everything! At no point can your personal payment details be accessed.

Personal Data

Rest assured, I will never disclose your personal details to any third party.  As I fervent anti junk mail zealot I know how awful it is to be bombarded with mail from companies that I have never requested information from!
