To be honest I was always disappointed in the toners available. It was either a toner rich in alcohol and extremely skin irritating or a blend that resembled weak, cold herbal tea. 

I wanted to create something that would hydrate your face while also leaving your skin lightly moisturized. Miracle Spritz is a simple lavender flower water, enhanced with glycerin to deliver maximum hydration with gentle moisturization. It can be used in a myriad of ways with perfect results.
